Function

The functional analyst is responsible for analyzing the business processes of the RIZIV.
He or she is involved in the first phases of the project and provides a detailed description of the current and future situation of the process. He or she leads workshops, organizes and manages the meetings necessary to collect the information and prepare the deliverables necessary to define the project, in accordance with the RIZIV standards and methodology.

Job Responsibilities

Organizing meetings and workshops to understand and map the RIZIV’s business processes.
Prepares the documents necessary to define the process so that they
can be used directly by the analysts to implement the solution.
During the project, ensures that the implemented solution corresponds to the solution described in consultation with the Business.
