We are committed to creating language profiles in a digital application, enhancing access for other employers. A language profile is a detailed report of the language proficiency required for a specific job within a company or educational institution. It includes an assessment of listening, reading, and understanding skills, and is based on CEFR language rules. The profile also provides recommendations for achieving the desired language level.
Our agency aims to implement language profiles on a larger scale, making their design and use more efficient. To achieve this, we are developing a data-driven tool for language profiles, collaborating with sister agencies Atlas, Amal, and Huis van Het Nederlands Brussels, with VDAB as a key partner.
